Our consultation and networking rate is $85 per hour, this includes any Windows version support both workstation and server, computer repair and maintenace, Lan Network design and implementation, and software support including programming and troubleshooting. This rate reflects Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 6:00PM. The rate during weekends and after hours is $125 per hour for the same services.

Emergency response is standard rate plus one time $100 fee.

Time is billed in quarter hour increments with a half hour minimum. Telephone support is billed in quarter hour increments with a quarter hour minimum.

Blocks of monthly support time may also be purchased at a discounted rate and can be used
